We never rent, sell, or otherwise disclose your information to third parties. When signing up for we will only use your information for ordering. We like to keep in contact with our customers and would like to hear from you if you have any comments or questions for us.

**We are able to keep our prices low, because we DO NOT sell logs or log books with our containers, unless specified in the description**

Our Shipping rates are calculated based on the cost of shipping each individual product. We will do our best to honor all shipping quotes, however, we reserve the rights to adjust these rates at anytime. If, for some reason, we are unable to ship at the quoted price, we will notify you and you will have the option of paying the extra, or you will be given a full refund.

Any part of any order can be returned within 30 days of when your payment was confirmed. However, you will not be credited with a refund until we have received the returned products. All returned items must be in the same condition as were shipping. Shipping costs are separate and will not be refunded.

We do allow pickup orders for those in the area. We are located in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. We have most items in stock, however, some popular and painted items require 24 hours to prep. In-person viewing is available with an appointment only and at least 24 hours notice.

Payment can be made in the form of cash in-person, a certified check/bank check, money order, or through PayPal (See section below).

We only accept "verified" PayPal customers. If you place an order that is from an unverified account, we will refund your order and notify you that your order has been canceled until you become verified. To learn more about the verification process visit this link: How do I get Verified?

Is there a particular container that you would like us to start carrying? Just email us with a description of what the container is and we'll do our best to find a good source for it and add it to the store.
